EpicRetail is only an intermediary for advertisements and does not hold any goods sold via the ads.
All prices for ads on the website are in euros (€) and include 25% VAT and other taxes according to Danish law. The prices are current and only applicable within the borders of Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for: currency changes, force majeure, and tax changes.
When trading with EpicRetail.org, agreements can be made in the following languages: Danish and English.
No binding purchase agreement is made until you have received an order confirmation, invoice, or an email with delivery information from EpicRetail.org.
The prices of items for sale in the ads are set by the seller and are independent of EpicRetail.org.
EpicRetail.org in no way accepts pornographic sales, mentions, or any association with pornographic content. Violation of this will result in the immediate deletion of your account with EpicRetail.org.
At EpicRetail.org, we use Stripe, which accept a big verities of payment methods.
When paying by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no liability if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Therefore, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a liability of 1,200 DKK if your Dankort is misused using the PIN code. As a consumer, you should check with your bank if you have been subject to credit card fraud.
The data you send in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL), and only Stripe can read them. Neither EpicRetail.org nor others have access to the data. The payment gateway is Stripe.
The amount for the goods is charged as soon as the purchase is completed between the buyer and seller, and it cannot be canceled.
Transactions are only between private users on EpicRetail.org.
It is up to the buyer to ensure that the information in any ad is correct, and EpicRetail.org cannot be held liable for the information provided.
EpicRetail.org cannot be held liable for compatibility issues due to changes in the configuration of EpicRetail.org’s assembled components.
To enter into an agreement with EpicRetail.org via the website, you must register with the following personal information:
Personal information is registered with EpicRetail.org and stored for 5 years (due to bookkeeping law requirements), after which the information is deleted. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is being collected and why.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
The information provided to EpicRetail.org is not shared or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Violation of these regulations will result in direct exclusion from EpicRetail.org’s website, regardless of any purchased ads or other content on the account. No refunds will be given for unused ads in case of account closure.
When purchasing items for sale through advertisements, payment is made directly to the seller without involving EpicRetail.org.
org withholds the paid amount from the buyer and releases it to the seller after 72 hours. This is to ensure that the item is transferred from the seller to the buyer.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased item matches the description in the advertisement. EpicRetail.org does not quality-check the content or descriptions of the ads.
At EpicRetail.org, transactions occur exclusively between private individuals, and users should be aware that the information exchanged between users is only advisory.
If shipping is required for your purchase, it will be reflected in the final price shown before payment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of sales ads purchased from EpicRetail.org. Therefore, your order is binding.
There is no warranty associated with electronic sales between two parties.
Any claims directed at EpicRetail.org in connection with the purchase of products sold by another user through EpicRetail.org are not the responsibility of EpicRetail.org, as we only facilitate contact between the buyer and seller.
