On Epicretail.org, you can only order items through our website that are available for sale.
Epicretail.org acts solely as an intermediary for these items and does not handle the physical goods listed. The items are posted on the site by sellers affiliated with the platform. Physical goods purchased in the webshop will be sent directly from the supplier.
Information regarding technical data and specifications from the manufacturer or the seller’s website is for guidance only. The buyer is responsible for selecting the service and achieving the desired outcome from the purchase. Always verify that the seller has the advertised item by contacting them.
All prices on the website are in euros (€), including 25% VAT and other charges in accordance with Danish law. Prices are current prices and apply only within Denmark’s borders, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. We reserve the right to adjust for currency changes, force majeure, and tax changes.

When you shop with Epicretail.org, agreements are made in the following languages: Danish and English. A binding purchase agreement with Epicretail.org is not made until you have received an order confirmation, invoice, or an email with delivery information from Epicretail.org. The prices in the shop are for guidance only. Prices are set by the seller.
At Epicretail.org, you can pay with:
– Dankort/Visa Dankort
– Mastercard, Maestro, Visa/Visa Electron, JCB
When paying by card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment once you receive your payment statement. You have no liability in case your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This provides better protection compared to the physical world, where you have a liability of 1,200 DKK if your Dankort is misused with your PIN code.
The data you send in connection with purchases paid for by card is encrypted (SSL), and only Worldline can read it. Neither Epicretail.org nor others can read the data. The payment gateway is Worldline.
The amount for the goods will be debited as soon as the purchase is completed between seller and buyer and cannot be refunded.
If shipping applies to your purchase, it will be reflected in the final price, which is displayed before payment.
Note – the right of cancellation does not apply to electronic sales. Therefore, your order is binding as soon as you have made the payment.
According to Danish law, there is a 14-day return policy for the purchase of physical goods in Epicretail.org’s webshop.
Return shipping will always be at the buyer’s expense.
Epicretail.org cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues due to changes in the configuration of Epicretail.org’s assembled components.
There is no right to complaint associated with electronic sales between two parties. However, there is a right to complaint in accordance with Danish law for physical goods purchased in the webshop.
To use your right to complaint, write to info@epicretail.org with the following information:

– Reason for claiming the right to complaint
To enter into an agreement with Epicretail.org via the website, you must register with the following personal information:
– Name
– Address
– Phone number
– Email address
We only register your personal information to deliver the physical goods to you from the webshop. Personal data is registered with Epicretail.org and stored for five years (due to accounting law requirements), after which the data will be deleted. When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that this is done with your explicit consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The data controller is the Director of Epicretail.org.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted.
The information provided to Epicretail.org will not be passed on or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not register any sensitive personal data. As a registered user with Epicretail.org, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information we have registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act, and inquiries should be directed to info@epicretail.org.
